Legal consultancy

Legal support for startups is provided in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava within its optional course “The clinic of law for startups“ in the winter semester 2018. Students of law under the leadership of experienced lectors deal with and solve real legal questions of concrete startups that joined this activity. Questions cover diverse legal and economic areas including the business law, intelectual property rights law, tax law as well as business finances and law of the EU in different phases of startups´ development - from their forming, through their growth until their sale.
