Annotation

The focus is on partial tasks in protein production and purification for partners and collaborators where either infrastructure or now-how is lacking. This activity usually involves optimization of purification process (affinity, ion-exchange, gel filtration, hydrophobic interaction and other methods on FPLC system Akta Avant 25/150 from GE Healthcare) from crude extracts and stabilization of purified proteins (usually by freeze-drying).
