Have an idea? Move it toward practice and business in 3 steps
An idea is a great start, but on its own, it won’t change anything. The most common problem isn’t “I don’t have a good idea,” but “I don’t know what to do first.” That’s why we’ve prepared a simple three-step process to help you get clear and move from thinking to real action.
1. Name the problem and who you’re solving it for
Try to write one sentence: What problem am I solving, and who am I helping? The more specific, the better. An answer like “for students” is too broad. “For students looking for a part-time job while studying” is already much clearer. Once you have a clear target group, it becomes much easier to judge whether your idea makes sense and you stop getting lost in details.
2. Validate it in real life as simply as possible
You don’t need a finished product or a company right away. At this stage, the goal is to get first reactions and evidence through interviews, a simple test, or a basic prototype you show to people in your target group. This is exactly what our Validate program is built for: clear rhythm, tasks, and feedback to help you validate your idea efficiently.
3. Turn it into a next-steps plan
Once you have your first findings, the most important decision comes next: continue, adjust direction, or stop. Even “this doesn’t work” is a valuable result it saves you time. If it does work, create a short-term plan for the next three months: what you’ll test next, who you’ll reach out to, and what you want to achieve. If you already have a validated direction and want to push the project forward systematically over a longer period, our Build & Grow program is the next step.
