Build & Grow Program
In this stage, you will take a validated idea into practice and start building real results. The program is designed for teams that have already demonstrated progress in Validate and want to develop their project further—systematically and with ongoing support.
Who the program is for
The program is for teams that successfully completed the Validate program and want to continue developing their project toward real-world application—as a project, a startup, or a university spin-off.
What is the goal?
The goal is to turn a validated idea into a real project in practice and achieve concrete outcomes. You will also set up a clear way of working as a team—roles, responsibilities, and a plan for the next steps. Depending on the type of project, you will also prepare for suitable funding options (grants, partners, investors).
How it works
- The program lasts 12 months after completing Validate,
- Once a month, you’ll have a meeting with the incubator team—we’ll review what you achieved, what the next step is, what’s slowing you down, and what you need,
- Each team agrees on goals and milestones roughly three months ahead,
- Based on your project’s needs, we will arrange consultations with mentors and experts from both the university and professional practice.
What you gain in Build & Grow
- Regular individual support throughout the year, so you stay on track and always know the next steps,
- Mentoring and consultations tailored to your project (product, sales, marketing, legal basics, protection of results through intellectual property, financing),
- Practical meetups and thematic events that help you progress in key areas,
- Support with protecting results and guidance on what needs to be handled with the university,
- Community and connections to practitioners—experts, partners, and other teams in the program,
- Facilities and workspace subject to Science Park capacity (coworking, meeting rooms).
What you’ll take away
By the end, you will have:
- Connections to mentors and experts,
- New contacts and a community,
- Visible real-world progress on your project,
- A clearer team setup and way of working (who owns what, how decisions are made, what the next goal is),
- A summary of results and a forward plan—what you achieved, what you learned, and what comes next.
Program wrap-up
Build & Grow ends with a final presentation of results and the next plan. The audience will be tailored to the types of projects—typically experts, mentors, and partners relevant to the project focus, as well as people from the investment environment.
